Edit or Update Customer Details

Keeping your customer details up to date is critical as this information pulls into email and text templates.


Why is it so important to keep your customer details up to date?

  1. Customer details are pulled into email and SMS templates using merge fields. If this information is left blank, the template will also show a blank space as the merge field

  2. AR Workflow has awesome features built in that allow you to call, email and even text the customer without leaving the software. If these fields are left blank, these features are not accessible.

Edit Details from the Customers Tab

1. Navigate to the Customers tab.

2. Type the customer's name in the Search Bar, and click the Search button. If your customer is not found, ensure that the "Inactive" status is selected under the Customer Filters and search again.

3. Click the three dots icon and select Edit Customer.

4. Make the necessary changes and click Save Changes.

Edit Details from the Customer Details Page

1. From the Customer list, click on the Customer Name.

2. Click the three dots icon and choose Edit Customer.

Make the necessary changes, save and you're done!
