Text messaging isn’t new. We’ve been doing it for almost 30 years now. But with our emails full of junk and people more attached to their phones than ever, text messaging is emerging as a high Return on Investment tool.
We understand how important getting paid is for your business, and we know that utilizing SMS text messages is a sure way to ensure speedy client communication. For this reason, we've provided 4 different ways to create and send a text message from AR Workflow.
Send an SMS from:

The steps below show how to send a text from the Customer Details tab, but feel free to practice all over the software!
1. Search for a customer in AR Workflow and click on their name to open the Customer Details page.
2. From the Activity Task Bar, select the icon for SMS.
3. If there are multiple Billing Contacts on the account, use the drop-down to select which contact you wish to send the text message to.
4. Select the SMS template that you want to use.
Pro Tip: If you aren't sure what the sms template says, choose the option for COMPOSE SMS, then select the template. This will populate the text of the template so you can view, edit and send the text that best suites your needs.
5. When composing a text message, you can choose options from the Merge Fields to auto-populate the message body.
6. Review your SMS, and when you're ready, click the Send SMS button.
