Manage Multiple AR Workflow Accounts
Learn how to flip between multiple AR Workflow accounts.
Do you have multiple business accounts in AR Workflow and aren't sure how to navigate between them?
To switch a business account, follow these steps:
1. Click the three-dots icon and choose Change Business.
2. Select the account that you want to switch to.
If you are unable to find your other business names, check the following:
a. Make sure you are added as a user in both accounts with the same email address.
b. Make sure the additional businesses have been added to AR Workflow. To check this, you can start a chat with customer support or ask your manager.
