Geographic Access Restrictions in AR Workflow
AR Workflow uses geographic access restrictions to help protect the platform and the information it contains. By default, users accessing AR Workflow from outside the United States are restricted from logging in. Payment links are also limited to customers located within the United States.
Accessing AR Workflow from Outside the United States
If an employee or contractor needs to access AR Workflow from another country, an exception may be requested for that specific user.
International access is reviewed on a user-by-user basis. Approval is not automatically granted, but you can submit a request for the user to be considered.
Information Required for the Request
To request international access, you’ll need to provide information about the user who needs access:
- Full name
- Country they will be accessing AR Workflow from
- Job title
- Reason they require international access
You’ll also need to provide information and confirmation from the account administrator or authorized requester:
- Your full name
- Your company name
- Confirmation that you accept full responsibility for the user’s actions while accessing AR Workflow
- Confirmation that the user’s login credentials will remain confidential and will not be shared
Providing all of this information helps the team review the request and determine whether an exception can be approved.
What Happens After the Request Is Submitted?
Once the request has been submitted, it is sent to the appropriate team for internal review and approval.
If the request is approved, the geographic restriction can be lifted for the specific user included in the request.
The approval applies to that user, so additional users who need international access may need to be submitted separately for review.
After International Access Is Enabled
Once the restriction has been lifted, the user should try logging in to AR Workflow again from the approved location.
If they are still unable to access the platform after approval, contact AR Workflow Support so the issue can be investigated further.
Important to Keep in Mind
International access exceptions are reviewed individually. Access from outside the United States should not be assumed to be available unless the specific user has been approved.
If you have an employee or contractor who needs to access AR Workflow from another country, submit the required information so the request can be reviewed.
