Why are our emails being marked as SPAM or rejected from our users?

AR Workflow uses SendGrid as our email provider. It is important to check that your DMARC policy is correctly set up to prevent emails being routed to the SPAM folder or from being rejected.

AR Workflow sends emails on behalf of your domain. When sending emails on behalf of another domain, it's important to ensure that the domain is properly authenticated to prevent emails from being marked as spam or rejected. However, since AR Workflow does not own your business domain, we cannot authenticate it directly in our SendGrid account.

The owner of domain should set up domain authentication on their end. This involves adding specific DNS records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to their domain's DNS settings. These records verify that SendGrid has permission to send emails on behalf of their domain.

For more detailed guidance on setting up domain authentication, you can refer to our Domain Authentication Guide.

👨‍💻 Please note that this cannot be done by AR Workflow and must be done by your local IT provider or whoever set up your business domain.
