AR Workflow Pricing Breakdown.

At AR Workflow transparency is the name of the game. We value treating our customers honestly and fairly, with no hidden fees or price gouging.

Below you will find the pricing breakdown for subscribing to one of our 3 affordable plans, using our time-saving in-platform SMS and phone service, as well as what you can expect for ACH and Credit Card merchant fees.

Platform Fees

Here's what you need to know about our Platform Fees:

SMS/Phone Fees.

A huge benefit to using AR Workflow is the built-in phone and SMS feature. Send and receive recorded phone calls and text messages without leaving the software!

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect to pay monthly (after your free trial has expired) for this time-saving feature:

  • $1 a month for the phone number rental.

  • .01 cent for each SMS.

  • .02 cents per min. on inbound/outbound calls.

The average cost per month is around $6-$10 dollars for medium to high usage of both phone and text.

 

Merchant Fees.
These fees are based on standard merchant fees and are:

  • 3.5% + .50 cents of the total payment for Credit Cards (no maximum)

  • 1.5% of the total payment for ACH (up to a $35 fee maximum)

Merchant fees can be passed along to the customer as a "convenience fee". This can be done on a customer-by-customer basis or universally across all customers. Click here to learn more
