25 MB Document Limit in AR Workflow

25 MB limit on email attachments is standard to manage server capacity and ensure smooth email delivery.

Are you trying to upload documents in the Customer Details page and receiving an error? 

This is due to email restrictions on sending more than 25 MB of attachments per email. This is a common limit that is adopted across email platforms such as Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc. 

 25MB is the standard limit allowed to manage server capacity and ensure smooth email delivery.

AR Workflow cannot allow more than 25MB worth of documents to be uploaded into the Documents section as all attachments are sent via email when "Attach Documents" is selected.
 

Another option is to Compose an email, un-select "attach documents" and manually attach individual documents you need to send using the paperclip icon in the email. As long as the attached document(s) are not more than 25 MB in total, you should be good to go!
